DICLA Training and Projects has over 100 employees mainly based in Queenstown Head Quarters, also have branches in Geluk Middelburg, King Williams Town, Dordrecht, Jeffreys Bay, Port Elizabeth and the Northern Cape. Here is a brief summary of our Members:

Mr. M.W Mdibani

Monitoring & Evaluation

Long standing service in the South African National Defence Force. Multilingual with excellent reference with vast experience in developing and implementing diverse curriculums and mandates in a wide range of professional sectors. Highly skilled at motivating employees through positive encouragement and reinforcement of concepts via inter active meeting instructions and observation. Successful in helping employees develop strong business knowledge and objectives.

Mr. T. Mufamadi

Training Manager

Thendo Mufamadi is an Agricultural Specialist with years of experience training. He is an experienced facilitator and Assessor accredited with Agriseta with a wide range of scope.
Mr Mufamadi also specializes with ETQA matters working with multiple SETA's..
As a Training Manager he has managed various projects from skills programs, learnerships, mentoring and coaching programs and Diplomas.
His love and unique facilitation skills have seen him doing presentations for Dicla all over the country.

Ms. S. Kambi

Agri-Tourism Manager

Siya Kambi is a media professional and an international award-winning performing artist, with a solid background in television, animation and film production. Her passion for development in the art and entertainment industry has seen her create innovative platforms such as the agri-tourism sector at DICLA Training and Projects which aims to promote agriculture through recreational activities and edutainment.

Mr. L. Mazibuko

IT Manager

Luzuko Mazibuko an IT Specialist majoring in Branding and Communications. Have over 10 years experience Information Technology. Passion for Graphic Design, Web Development and IT related solutions.

Mr. S. Nota

Radio Manager

Sinethemba Nota has close to two decades of experience in Radio Technical Management. Worked in multiple radio stations. At Dicla Training and Projects he oversees and directs the work of a technical department, usually in relation to creating radio content and programming .Functions as a director of several activities, such as taping, editing, and research, as well as maintenance and engineering tasks.

Miss. N. Fubesi

Human Resource Manager

Nangamso Fubesi a BSc Agricultural Economics Holder from the University of Fort Hare. Experienced as a tutor. Joined DICLA in 2019 as a Facilitator and has grown from strength to strength currently heading the Human Resources Department. Which stimulates her passion along with the company's vision ensuring that young people are given opportunities in the Agricultural sector to improve their livelihood. This is through recruitment of a large number of youth from various higher learning institutions.

Miss. Y. Kambi

Human Resource Administrator

Yanela Kambi joined the DICLA Team in July 2021 as a radio presenter where she hosted the business show called "The Bureau". She boasts in her years excelling in direct marketing and communications. She now holds rank as one of the pioneering teams and a crutial part of brand positioning in the company as Quality Assurance Manager. Her impacable networking skills, coupled with the hunger to grow makes great attributes to her scope of work

Mr. T. Ntomane

Special Projects Technician

Tshokolo Ntomane Civil Engineering Technician with 5 years experience in in the industry. Joined Dicla in 2020, handled various projects as a Project Manager and Project Technician. Passion about sport and a music DJ. An efficient Senior Special Projects Coordinator and communicator combining coordinating, interpersonal & problem-solving skills along with analytical & leadership capabilities to enhance self and overall organizational objectives. Exceptional ability to drive and deliver multiple revenue-generating projects using multiple proven project management methodologies.

Mr. B. Ngcobondwana

Production Manager

Bulelani Ngcobondwana has years of experience in farm operations with expertise in managing all aspects of large produce farm operations, planning and implementation. Studied Building and Construction and installation of tunnels, Healthy Safety Inspector. Retail customer service in large storefront and greenhouse operations. Functions as the farm solutions provider in farm production, serving as a leader in multiple farm roles.

Miss. B. Mandlendoda

Packhouse Manager

Miss. B. Mandlendoda has a diversified professional background from studying IT to working as Workshop Manager and Sales Lady. Now Manages fresh produce products leaving the Packhouse and must be of the highest quality standard and meet customers quality specification.

Miss. T. Mila

Guest House Manager

Miss. T. Mila has a strong background in customer service. Experienced Cashier and Switchboard operator. Multi-tasking, people-oriented customer service professional. Truly passionate about people and now holds the position as the Guest House Manager.

Miss. V. Nkqayini

Global Gap Manager

Vuyiseka Nkqayini Studied Agriculture with vast knowledge in Farm Production, Animal Production, Tunnel Building and many more. Currently leads DICLA Training and Projects Global Gap Department. She ensures quality produce and health standard are met, along with proper planning and implementations.
